Joe's New Hit Single

posted on October 28th

(CT Bob: This song is so godawful bad that I WANT you to hear it! Click HERE to listen to Joe's little ditty. And please parody this thing.

Then click HERE to listen/watch the coolness that's being made for Ned.)

Today, we released our first radio jingle to educate voters about Joe Lieberman's unique ballot placement on Election Day. Lieberman's name will be listed near the bottom of the ballot in Row 2 on the 'Connecticut for Lieberman' line, instead of his usual placement near the top of the ballot as the Democratic nominee.

Lieberman said:

"I want to make sure the voters of Connecticut who are looking for my name know how to find me on November 7th. This is a unique challenge, but certainly not an impossible one. I believe the Connecticut people are smart enough to figure this out, and we plan on doing whatever we can to provide helpful reminders between now and Election Day."

To listen to the jingle CLICK HERE.

SCRIPT for 'THE BOTTOM LINE' JINGLE:

Singing: When you walk into that voting booth, looking for the real truth; well people this year you will find, you're looking for the bottom line.

Joe Lieberman has been the one to say it straight and get it done. He's there for us once again, now Connecticut's there for Lieberman.

Look past the parties and the names, there's no room for political games, Joe's stood up for us every time, it's time to vote the bottom line.

Announcer: This year Joe Lieberman may be a little harder to find in the voting booth, because he's running independently in the Connecticut for Lieberman party, you'll find his name near the bottom of column two on the ballot. So take your time, look carefully and vote for Joe Lieberman.

Singing: When you walk into that voting booth, looking for the real truth, vote your heart and vote your mind, you'll find Joe on the bottom line.

Joe Lieberman: I'm Joe Lieberman, I'm running for Senate, and I approved this message. Paid for by Friends of Joe Lieberman

Now we know what Joe LIE-man meant by "low information voters".

His voters apparently will have difficulty finding his name on a ballot paper! LOL!

Maybe his "low information voter" can't read or even spell his name -it'll help if Joe can shorten it to LIEMAN.

Yippee!

I'll bet my bottom dollar and vote the bottom line.

Hey CannedBub,

Howz it going fer ya? Do you think after the elections you can get a job as an asstray--use the cigar photo in your resume, might help people see your succesful experience.

Did you read today that the real media reporters (not wannabes like yerself) over at the Courant didn't back Lil Ned. You must be heartbroken over that. Tsk. I know that the nedophiles were really hoping for it, but oh well, it just dint happen for you.

Are still making an effort in promoting, in identifiable nutroot style (of course!) that Joe is on the bottom line in the voter lineup? It was really helpful and I think you should continue at it, and PLEASE, don't forget the foul-mouth way you do it, that way everyone can know the difference between Joe's supporters and the notrots, eh nutrats, no, netrubes--that's it! So keep up the good work, m'kay?

Dear God, where on earth did they get that jingle, and the yahoo singing it? Don't they know this is Connecticut, not Hee Haw?

Singing (sic): "When you walk into that voting booth, looking for the real truth; well people this year you'll find Joe Lieberman got left behind.

Joe been the one with a ready lie, sending people off to die. He's spent years missing in action, now he'll get Connecticut's reaction.

Look past the parties and the names, there's no room for political games, Joe sold us out every time and that's why he's on the bottom line.

Announcer: This year Joe Lieberman may be a little harder to find in the voting booth, because his party wouldn't let him represent them, you won't find his name up with the real candidates who were chosen by their parties. Do don't waste your time, vote carefully for a real candidate.

Singing (sic): So when you walk into that voting booth, looking for the real truth, vote your heart and vote your mind, and leave Joe Lieberman far behind.

LIEberman: I'm Joe LIEberman, I'm running for Senate, and I should be ashamed of this. But sadly, I'm not.
Paid for by Republicans from other states.

I love how brave those anonymous Liebertrolls are when they post their lame-assed comments.

Don't you know that cowards who bash people anonymously always have small and insignificant genitalia?

That sure explains your anger. Eric.

Lamonttruthteller --

A vote for Joe might very well cost you that last dollar of yours.

How'd you like the NYT endorsement? You know, that real big newspaper that's read and respected internationally? The one that says:

"But what we need from the next crop of elected officials in Washington is a willingness to face reality, to choose from among difficult options and have the courage to be honest with the public about the consequences. On those points, Mr. Lamont is by far the better candidate."

And this:

"Since his primary defeat, Mr. Lieberman has run a well-packaged campaign built around his self-assigned bipartisan image — “It’s not about politics,” say his ads. But it is very much about politics — from the flood of special interest campaign donations that has been running Mr. Lieberman’s way to the old Karl Rove lesson that political winners never admit to error."

And this:

"Ned Lamont has run a far less polished campaign than Mr. Lieberman, but the more we see of him, the more impressed we are by his intelligence and his growing sophistication about the issues facing the nation. He is very much in the Connecticut mold of basically moderate, principled politicians, and his willingness to take on Mr. Lieberman when no one else dared to do it showed real courage and conviction. He would make a good senator. More important, he has the capacity to continually become a better one. We endorse Ned Lamont for Senate."

And speaking of rubes, how much d'ya think the LIEb paid that rube singing that corny jingle? And did it come out of his slush fund?

I can't believe Corzine sent his entire "Jewish mafia" to CT to work for Lieberman instead of working for Sen Menendez in their home state.

This stupidity may cost the Democratic Party control of the Senate.

I'm not Eric. Geez, you're running 100% with your predictions aren't you.

You must have a vienna sausage between your front pockets as ego becomes desire and translates through pictoral exclamation.

Do you have any bigger cigars? Or is thast the one you could afford?

chele,

Who reads the NY times on Conn, oh maybe the rich republicats in greenwich, where lamont comes from and voted as a republican 80% of the time.

Your man is going down. Badly. Do you have yellow paint splatter on your shoes too?

liberals aren't democrats,

"Who reads the NY times (sic) on (sic) Conn"

You're kidding, right? I'd give you the demographics but I'm on my way out to canvas for Lamont.

Maybe people who are literate and who know the grammatical rules of the English language?

And yes, Liberals ARE Democrats.

You're a Republican, I take it.

lamonttruthteller,

You seem to have a very strange fixation with CTBob and phallic symbols. Anything you're not telling us?

lamonttruthteller, the NYT is a more respected rag compare to the Courant ..... are you in denial now?

so Joe LIE-man basically did a screwed up job over the last 18 years, esp the last 6 years.

He has been shown to be morally confused, deluded and now publicly LYING - are you denying these as well?

He has a PETTY cash problem - are you again in denial?

HE BLOODY LOST BIG TIME IN THE DEMOCRAT PRIMARY - ARE YOU DENYING THIS?

If your answer is YES to any of the above, you are prob one of those "low information voters" that he doesn't need to pay (sucker!) or you are another of those PAID by the LIE-man's campaign.

Yupe, lamonttruthteller ..... do what your master tells you ...STAY THE COURSE.

Then lie with a straight face and say, "No, I never said that".

Go on, if you truly believe in Joe, I beg you to go "VOLUNTEER" for his GOTV - and NOT collect any "petty cash" for your efforts. After all you believe.

Or just be like another of those whores bought by $387,000 .....

" ...."I want to make sure the voters of Connecticut who are looking for my name know how to find me on November 7th. This is a unique challenge, but certainly not an impossible one."

Are CT voters really that dumb (according to LIE-man)? a unique challenge to find a name on the ballot?!?

WTF!

Maybe CT shouldn't be a democracy - how about a LIEberdom?

The NYTimes has a greater distribution in CT than The NH Register & Courant combined... and, yeah, as much as the Bush/Lieberman Administration hates the Times, they do have a tendency to analyze objectively...
